Ordered this to add some "oomph" to my workout.My bad in figuring out that it was only five pounds. Be sure to check your weight.This is not what I will review, of course.The reason the review is only three stars is twofold:1. Adjusting this thing is clunky as can be. All the velcro and adjustable parts are on the back. What this means is that you need to adjust it, put it on, take it off, adjust it again and again and again until you get it right. Not fun.2. The fabric is very rigid and uncomfortable.3. Why not make the weights removable and adjustable? I would far and away prefer that than to order a static weight, increase my muscle mass, and have to order another vest. Why not one vest that I can adjust the weight on?Meh.

I got this vest because I learned from fitness experts that this will improve my bone density and at the same time burns more calories while wearing it while walking, working out or just doing chores around the house. I’m on the petite side and this vest fits me very well. The zipper close design is restrictive. If you have bigger chests.. I don’t think this is the vest for you. But if you are a beginner and on the slimmer side 5 lb. weight this vest is perfect.

Got this for my husband and he's very happy with it. It fits as expected. It takes a bit of getting used to. It's well made but a bit bulky.

Perfect for working out. It's good for beginners and the more advanced alike. I would recommend wearing a shirt under it one with sleeves. I tried wearing it with a tank top and it caused me a little irritation but nothing bad! It was just from friction. You can adjust the weight. You can find what works for you. It's worth the money if you want to add resistance to your workouts. I feel it's extremely worth the money. I'm plus size! I'm 250lbs and this fits me okay! It also fits my husband who's 190lbs! We are getting healthy together so this is nice. He lights wearing this when weight training. He also likes the adjustable weight.
