Comfort is my biggest thing. This does such a good job for comfort. I've had adidas options, from light to heavy and it just feels like it's giving you imbalance which is not good for your spine. I'm shocked to try this and it fits and feels better than a well known brand. I highly recommend going with this one. It feels well built and I can wear it longer on the day without hurting my lower back!Great find for me and I didn't only recommend but bought one for a good friend who is looking too. She loves it!

I have to be honest - I thought (think?) these are so dumb and I swore I would never be caught dead in one but I caved and bought one and now I .... like it? Ugh. I haven't yet worn it out of the house but I do throw it on in the morning while doing the pre-school morning rush and I like how I feel like I am working out while getting my other stuff done. The vest is heavy so I definitely feel like I am putting in an effort. It is easy to slip on and the adjustable straps work well to get the right fit. At this price too, you might as well succumb to the trend!

Possibly one of our favorite Amazon purchases here in our home. This weighted vest is heavy! We have people in our home wearing it ranging from 15 years old all the way to 42 years old. The quality is great. The fabric is high-quality so it will not tear or rip. You can see the two claps in the front are adjustable and it is super easy to put on. You basically put it on like a work vest and clip it in the front. My son likes wearing this during his workouts, but I myself, Mom, love to wear this when I am on the treadmill doing an incline walk as it just gives you that extra push.This can be worn in so many different situations such as outdoor walks or even hikes. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to work on their strength, and I have a few friends who have a weighted vest that are looking to lose weight and this vest has helped them lose weight wonders. It will make you sweat, but that’s the whole purpose, burning more calories so that you can achieve your ultimate goal with your body. Again, this is not just an excellent vest for weight loss, but for building strength and endurance as well. I do feel every athlete should own one of these. It will be an Excellent Weighted vest for my son once he starts football season. Hands down amazing!

This is my first try at using a weighted vest. There is 12lbs of heavy sand integrated into the vest and evenly distributed. I probably should have gone a bit lighter. That said this one is comfortable. Its made of soft neoprene like fabric. It has 2 front adjustable straps and they each have a flap that protects and keeps the fastener clip from rubbing your chest. It also has a mesh pocket area on the back but it doesn’t seal closed and it’s really not accessible unless you take the vest off. I’m not sure what use it has. I suppose you could add extra weights or a towel. The weight of this vest is not adjustable so make sure it’s the right weight for you. In the future I would probably buy a vest that is adjustable weight to fit my progress.

I never owned or wore a weighed vest before, so I wasn't sure what to expect while wearing it.The vest seems to be a good quality with tight stitching and no leaks, and I'm sure with proper use and storage, it should last a very long time. The side release buckles are smooth and easy to open, and the straps they are attached to are easily adjustable once the vest is on. I like to cinch the straps down so the vest doesn't shift while I'm walking.On each strap is a reflective cord keeper. Near the shoulders of the vest, there is one reflective strip on each side, and further down on each side are two reflective straps where you could clip a light or something like a handheld GPS device.On the back is a mesh pocket to store something small and light. There is a reflective strip that runs down the middle.I wore this weighted vest on a 40-minute walk, while wearing a t-shirt and during my walk I did feel minor discomfort where my collar bones are but it wasn't painful and I will continue to wear this weighted vest while walking.This year, I want to get used to rucking, and this vest will be great for that and get me in better condition to hike farther with more gear.In conclusion, this vest is a good addition to help give me the conditioning I need in preparation of getting back into hiking and camping. I look forward to getting stronger with it and using it on my non weightlifting days.

Weighted Vest 12LB for Men Women, Body Weight Vests Adjustable for Running, Training Workout, Jogging, WalkingThis is my first weighted vest. I wore it around the house here and there for a few days and decided it was time to take it on a hike with me. At first, I was feeling like it may be too heavy to make the 30-minute hike, a moderate trail. I kept going a little further and my body adjusted. The vest adds just enough resistance to get my heart rate up without having to run. When I finished the trail, my full body felt exercised. It was like enhanced walking. Having the little extra weight felt so good that I sprinted up some of the hill. I really needed the resistance.I like the fit, once it put it on the right side up 🙃. It fits snug and doesn’t bounce around a lot. I don’t think it is designed specifically to improve posture, but it is helping me straighten up my slumping shoulders. It is so comfortable that once it is on a few minutes, I get used to it, and forget it is there. I don’t think it is meant to be worn 24/7, and along with that I will say it is not comfortable to drive in due to the portion of the weight in the back. It has you leaning forward.I am super happy to have my new vest. I plan on using it a lot.
