Welded like a dream, looks better than I ever expected, and holds a seriously ridiculous amount of weight. I actually made a makeshift crane using these, a steel truss, and some wire rope. Obviously not what it was designed for, but I wouldn’t hesitate putting these on a jeep or 4x4 or tractor bucket. Finish is just amazing.

These are super nice.... I know it may hard to describe a piece of steel as super nice, but there are a lot of little things that made this product over and above..... Such as beveled edges at the welding points for better penetration and rounded edges so there are no sharp points to cut yourself or your cut rope when pulling/towing. I've actually gone back and bought these several more times and would not hesitate to purchase anything from this manufacturer just knowing the quality they put into such a small, insignificant, component.Only complaint I have is they were packed like they belong in Fort Knox and it took me 20 minutes to get the package open! I mean, come on guys, you were just shipping two pieces of raw steel to me....really didn't need to pack them like they were a piece of fine crystal.... LOL!

These things are great. Welded them on today. Hooked the tractor to the bumper we are making and gave them a good tug. Will order more when we build a rear bumper!

Fast shipping. Machining is well done. The chamfered edges are great for welding. My only regret is not getting the 1" thick mount for a standard 3/4" shackle.

Well machined, flat surfaces with a decent finish.Not a bad price point for the product.Yes, the order comes with two (2x) shackle mounts.I'm not the best with metallurgy, but it does seem like 1018 cold rolled (as advertised). I haven't taken a center punch to them, but we will see how they weld.It definitely is a nice finish, i like seeing light tool marks. I'll feel bad painting them, but I'm also a not a great welder lol. I will update with a picture once I've got them on the truck.Good attention to detail too. They took the time to knock the edge off of the center bore (de-burr/chamfer). This is the type of quality I'd expect from a custom part, but a fraction of the price.I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and will be adding the included business card to my stack.

heavy duty and a good value, I bought these to add on top of my winch mount, instead of building a hole new bumper and it worked very well.
