Mine came in the box pictured, although from some of the reviews I wouldn't expect it all the time. Thickness is consistent and were reasonably clean. A quick wipe with acetone resulted in a small amount of shmoo on the rag. I'll be ordering some more soon.

Welds nice, like it should. Seems cheaper than others until they hit you with freight. Kinda dirty....
