I only use the left hand gloves when welding. Been buying pairs of gloves forever and end up with a ton of right hand gloves that I try to give away. So, these being lefties is perfect.

Material is good that's why I give 2 stars only but for explanation which hand is going or are they pair I am giving minus 3 stars . Both gloves are oversized so that was a lie that is large , second is that both gloves are left hand only and there is no where on description are they pair or they left hand or only right hand ! For dishonesty of seller I am giving only 2 stars .

I blacksmith and I hold the steel with my left hand. They not only protect me from the heat but the shock of the hammer on the steel. I don't use a glove on my hammer hand so I ended up with a bunch of worn out left hand gloves and almost new right hand.
