These seem to have a good arch to them, having multiple pairs is nice as I don't have to switch them out if I want a different pair of sandals. I like wearing sandals whenever possible but also need an arch so these are perfect with the sticky back and even better that they are washable and reusable so you can use them on multiple sandals. Having different colors is also a plus so that they aren't all the visible.

These are good arch supports for flimsy shoes. I followed the installation instructions to the letter. The inserts stick on which works well until the edges start to become dusty, filled with dog hair, and then become loose and come off because of use. When they come off they are useless. I was tempted to glue them in but didn’t want to ruin my shoes. I was hopeful I could wear sandals without my plantar fasciitis flaring up, but this product doesn’t stay put long enough for them to work for me. Maybe I’m just particularly rough on shoes/inserts? Dunno. Anyway, these may work for you. For this price, maybe give them a try.

this is another foray into the nebulous world of foot cushions for shoes… and as I’ve come to realize, this set is just as odd looking and not functional as so many of the others i have tried. The sheep is a beard. You shape with odd lumps in weird places, and I just don’t see how they help my arch whatsoever, no matter if I’m putting them on forwards or backwards or on its side…

"Welnove Arch Support Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis" is 1 pack of 3 shoe inserts in whichever color(s) you ordered: black, tan, and / or clear. It should be noted that the product page says that it's a 2 pack. Since there are 3 insert pairs in each box, I take that to mean that there should be 2 boxes, but I only received 1.The inserts affect an area starting at the beginning of your arch and ending behind your heel. They are well-cushioned, quality silicone, which causes them to also be thick, durable, and soft. They're easy to install within the recommended shoe sizes - no need to trim or modify them. They're also discreet, since they come in widely-used / standard colors (or lack thereof in the case of the clear ones) and match what would normally be the color of the bottom of the shoe(s).The inserts stay in place with a sticky adhesive base, like most inserts do. They can also be reused by hand-washing / rinsing them to regain their stickiness.Between my own experiences and other reviews, they seem to provide enough support for very high arches, flat feet, fallen arches, and even hypermobility. Even though these are made to support your arches, the fact that they are designed to go all of the way back to the end of the shoe gives you some padding for the heel as well. Together, these types of support give the wearer significant pain relief, keeping shoes comfortable throughout the day, even for long periods of time. :)They work really well for: dress shoes, boots, flats, sandals, mules, loafers, and open-backed shoes in general.Of course, there's always going to be some give and take when it comes to shoes / feet. The adhesive sticks well and doesn't fold over on itself, but only when the surface that they're being put on is clean AND when it's not hot. Sweat kills the adhesive. That's pretty standard, though. Also, results will -absolutely- differ from person to person! There is no getting around it! This is due to the differences in each person's body shape and weight, posture, weight distribution, etc., not just their shoe size and the medical label on their arch. For example, I have extremely high arches, and I've worn flip-flops for my entire life through mountains, trees, creeks, and cities with no discomfort whatsoever. That's practically unheard of for people who have high arches, since they usually need extra support. But for me, any support at all usually causes enough pain to make me instantly fall over (like a cat wearing a harness for the first time). XD LOLAnyway, my point is that results will absolutely vary no matter what you do or what the comments say, so take them with a grain of salt, so to speak. Most of the experiences seem to have been positive, so there's a higher chance that yours will be, too. And if not, just return them for a refund, no biggie. At $15 for 3 pairs of inserts ($5 per pair), you can probably afford to try them out for a short time, even if you end up returning them. :)

I got these because I have a pair of cute sandal stilettos that would just kill my arches by the end of any event I wear them. These aren't perfect but they do help with making my stilettos more bearable to wear and not hurt as much. My arches typically did not even touch the soles of those stilettos because of how steep the angle was, so these at least gave a bit more support to my arches so that they had something to rest on and I wasn't completely on my tiptoes the entire time. They are gel but they are also somehow quite firm and don't really lose shape. These are fairly sticky and have not budged at all since installing them. I haven't tried to wash them and reuse them since I've only used one pair (there are three pairs), but I would imagine that these would be sticky again upon washing them as I've used similar material before. Unfortunately, these inserts are a bit wide for my stilettos and they aren't ideal for being trimmed down, so currently bits of the insert does spill out over the edge. At least they are clear so they don't look as bad from afar. That being said, this made sticking them on to be not as easy since I had to make sure that as little as possible would spill from the edges but still at the right angle that it'll support my arches when I put them on. However, they adhere better than inserts that are just the arch part, as those for some reason tend to fall off quite easily, so these are at least better than those and I'd rather deal with small spillage than having them come off all the time.

These shoe inserts are just as shown here and they are easy to insert and they stay in place well. I have had no troubles with them at all. I do have a complaint, which is that they do not offer nearly as much arch support as I would like. If you are looking for an insert that will make you're shoes slightly more comfortable, these work. They do make my high heels slightly more tolerable. If you prefer the arch support of Birkenstock, Vionic, Ooffos, etc., keep looking. Sadly these aren't even close.

These gel pads are designed to support the middle of your foot - with the intention of preventing or alleviating the very painful condition plantar fasciitis. Having had that condition in both feet I was keen to see whether these supports would help to prevent it recurring, especially as I was preparing for a work event which would involve a lot of extra standing and walking for several days.I found it quite tricky to get the supports positioned correctly; I needed to place them in the shoe, put the shoe on and then adjust them in place, before taking the shoe off and try to get it back in the same place once you have peeled off the backing film. This was much easier to do in a pair of heels than in a pair of boots I tried.Once in use, the supports take a little while to adjust to and in the end I took them out of my boots as they felt uncomfortable. You do get three pairs of inserts in the pack so there is some room for trial and error. I think the benefit of these will be very much down to the individual; but they are well made and robust, and the adhesive holds them in place well.

I recently tried the Welnove Arch Support Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis, and they have made a noticeable difference in my comfort! The self-adhesive gel pads are easy to apply and stay securely in place, providing excellent support for my flat feet. I love how they alleviate foot pain, especially during long hours of wearing sandals or flats. The small size is perfect for my women's size 6 feet, and they're discreet enough to go unnoticed in my footwear. Plus, the fact that they are reusable is a bonus. Overall, these arch support cushions are a must-have for anyone dealing with foot pain. Highly recommend!

These are soft arch supports, although thy do lift the arch it was a bit too soft, the size is also a bit on the small size and did not fill the arch fully.Love the softness and feal but thy did not do the job. Also removed them to place in a second pair as thy said thy are reusable and the glue wasnot as good the second time.Maybe we need a stiffer bigger set.
