This item keeps leaking and when I called the company they said turn the temp lower, I did and If I keep bringing the temp lower and lower its no longer HOT water any more, and still leaking every now and then.. If I didn't pay a plumber for installation, I would had return it

Sometimes deposit has a mind of its own a little leak a little bit, or it will let water out by making a noise at the same time
