This protractor is poor quality.It is partially my fault that I bought the protractor without noticing there are no tick marks for measuring angles smaller than 5 degrees. That's lame for such a large protractor.But it is the manufacturer's fault that the base lines at the bottom of the protractor don't even line up with each other. Shoddy.
