I think it would be hard for this product to be bad. Installation was a breeze in my Euffy home base and the product was as described and process the advertised storage space

Dug out an old Sony PS3 console for my kids to play. It had been "dead" and unusable for several years due to a failed hard drive. The orginal was 40gb so this 500gb drive was a bit of an upgrade. It fits the hard drive chassis like a glove and plugged right in. Console is usable again and works flawlessly. Definitely worth every penny.

I don't know if this disk was used or just defective. It was intended to be a replacement drive for a cheap little dell optiplex PC. It typically isn't recommended to use a 5400RPM drive (or even any HDD instead of SSD) for a Windows / OS install, but this was positively atrocious. The performance I was experiencing with Windows 11 installed on this was not the result of a 5400RPM drive. It was all-around terrible disk performance.Other reviews seem to be varied. Looks like I pulled the short straw.
