As the title states, these work great for spark plug wires, for the price of the set of 8. Me and others seem to find great use in having these set up on V8 engines/cars, especially with aftermarket headers/exhaust manifolds, which are sometimes not ceramic coated for heat, or do not come equipped with fitting heat shields.The only downside is that the non-stitched end, had a metal ring (supposedly to keep it from expanding too much), which was too small to fit over my spark plug wires. I ended up using some metal shears and wire cutters to cut the ring, allowing me to feed it through the (perforated) spark plug boot material. It does stretch a fair amount after the retaining rings are removed, but depending on the orientation, they will still sit just fine.

Looks like good quality for the price been on 383 SBC for a month, will see how long they last? No burns or discoloration so far, would recommend
