Disclaimer! I bought this stand without reading the fine print. The one I purchased did not have the components required for the Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle Quadrants, however contacting wheelstand pro was a breeze and they were quick to respond and help with my needs. They offered a kit that would work for me, and it arrived quickly. The Logitech radios/panels don't seem to mount up to the Honeycomb designed plates, so I used components from both kits to make the radios fit. The clamps have enough tension in them to prevent slop or movement during use, and with the clamps it makes it easy to fold it down and stow it away. It is heavy with all the pieces together.

I took a gamble based on a few other reviews that this would work with the Honeycomb yoke as I find it far superior to the Saitek/Logitech yoke it was designed for. As you can see in the pictures I used the mounting clamps that come with the Honeycomb to simply clamp it to the plate/bar that normally would screw into the Logitech yoke. Turns out that works great. It's solid and doesn't get in the way of my knees/etc. I give the seller credit for not claiming this will work with the Honeycomb, but if you don't mind the clamps, you can definitely make it work.I've since added the saitek throttle quadrant, which was easy to add (the honeycomb doesn't extend any further out than the Logitech yoke). I also bought a desk clamp usb hub to assist with cable management that I mounted on the extended bar. One tip to the seller - it would be great if you could find a way to allow the cable to run through the main extendable shaft/column vs. having to wrap it around the outside.I will say the included instructions are worthless, but no ding for that, as the seller's youtube video is clear and easy to follow. All in all, this thing is sturdy, adjustable, and comfortable. It's not so heavy that I can't easily move it out of the way when not in use, but it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide around or wobble why I'm playing. I was nervous given it's a bit expensive, but I am very happy I bought it after using it.

I'll start by saying that the first thing you'll notice is the weight of the stand. Heavier then I expected which makes it extremely sturdy. The package comes with everything you need to attach all of the Saitek components, and what I believe are emergency replacement components. The setup is extremely easy, especially with the awesome video on youtube. I had it all set up in a few minutes from taking it out of the box.I'd also like to mention how amazing the customer service is. I had the pleasure of corresponding with Lucy who is most likely the best at what she does. I had inquired about the stand because at the time someone had switched the images to a can opener and wasn't sure if I'd be purchasing the right product. Usually I don't expect to hear back for a day or maybe even two. Lucy responded within hours of my inquiry, not once, but several times. I was blown away. At one point the shipment was delayed and she was able to responded by email faster than the Amazon rep who I was on the phone with at the time trying to figure out what was going on. No solid explanation for the delay but what can you do. I imagine Lucy's keyboard looks like Zakk Wylde's guitar after an intense shredding session. All in all, I highly recommend this stand and probably any other product by this company. Have no fear. It's worth the money.

Pricey, but WELL worth it -- especially since you've likely already invested several hundred dollars (or more) in your flight sim gear.Keeps all your gear in one place, folds down for easy transportation & storage out of the way, and is ready to go again at a moment's notice. Keep all your gear together & wired up -- I'd strongly suggest mounting a powered USB hub to the unit so that your gear can all stay plugged in all the time and all you've got to do is plug 1 USB cord into your computer and you're good to go!VERY solidly built, very high quality. Shipping was quick even given the hefty weight of the package.I'm thrilled with it and it's made me fly much more often now that I don't have to spend 30+ minutes setting up my desk (and then 20+ minutes the next day dismantling everything so I can get back to work). Just put it in place, plug 1 cable in, flip the quick-release to position the pole, and you're ready to fly in less than 1 minute. The wife appreciates that my flight sim gear isn't littering my office shelves & floor, too. ;-)Only complaint: The assembly instructions (and video) weren't the greatest. I ended up assembling the yoke "plate" backwards (seems common) and had to start over on that part & re-do a number of steps, but beer may have influenced that. Once you get the basic assmbly done you can pretty much ignore the instructions and just set it up however you'd like -- there are tons of customization options in terms of how you lay out your cockpit and it's easy to make changes as you go.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL SERIOUS & SEMI-SERIOUS SIMMERS!

This is my second wheel stand purchase. I also have their product for the Logictech Driving Force Pro.My review is the same for both. They are well constructed and extremely stable. They greatly enhance the experience of the simulators and well worth the money. FYI....for the Saitek flight sim products I ditched the Saitek software and instead use SPAD with both FSX and Prepar3d . Highly recommend you do likewise. The Wheel Stand instructions for both products are very poor....After a month, I just now realized that I have the yoke component mounted on the base backwards and therefore it sticks out from the rest of the panels more than it should. The front edge of the yoke box should be flush with the other panels . So I've go to redo things this weekend. My advise.....Just take your time and stare hard at the pics - both in the instructions and even the ones here in Amazon help. After you get done assembling everything use some electrical tape to bring all the wires together. It makes things a lot cleaner looking and easier if you're moving the stand around between uses.Beside the lame instructiuons I have only one other minor complaint. With two instrument panels on the left side, another on top of the yoke and only the throttle set on the right, the whole assembly is just a little tilted. Not enough to be an issue when using but I'm one of those folks who will straighten a picture hanging on the wall if it's even a little off :) I'm sure if (when) I add the Cessna trim wheel, it will all balance out.
