I really like this slider as it changes the focus of slider exercises, at least for me. Since this slider glides more smoothly across the floor than regular felt sliders, you have to focus on things like form and balance more. I like that it's big enough to put both feet or my forearms on. I have wood laminate floors and have had no issues with rolling.

This plastic slider works OK, as long as you're using it on a hard floor or low-pile carpet. Normal carpet, the wheels don;t roll well and the locking levers on each of the wheels tend to drag/catch on the carpet.

I’m big on doing home workouts but have only recently gotten into Pilates so this is PERFECT. The wheels were easy to screw on and it works as expected.
