If your broiler does not heat up properly, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. When installing this part, reuse the existing support bracket for the element if your oven has one. This high-quality, durable element is easy to install with basic hand tools, such as a multi-screwdriver. It only requires some disassembly of the oven and novice repair experience. Before installing this part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker to ensure safety. Helpful Tip: Be mindful not to let the wires connected to the current part fall back inside the oven when you disconnect them. Retrieving the wires will require additional steps during installation, including the removal of the rear panel of the appliance.
