Rope was soft and not hard as a rope usually is. Very white for me to use for a cord around a rope.

I bought this 3/8" rope for making spider webs to hang on my house. It's very very white and glows well under black light. Time will tell how long it will last out in the elements for a few weeks each year, but if I get 5 years out of it I'll be happy. Very easy to work with, but just be sure to wrap the rope with tape or equivalent BEFORE you cut it so it doesn't unravel.

I prefer a harder laid rope that has more definition when tying endrope knots, mats and doing oldtime nautical fancy ropework . As there are so many items on the net and you are buying sight unseen and trusting the salesman's (manufacturer) description of his product you dont always get what you expect.Other than that the product is fine and the price is reasonable for what it is.
