After moving the weathervane twice, it still does not turn or spin in the wind as it should. The body is level, but seems the horse part is slightly off. Really disappointed as I bought this to replace a very old weathervane for my 82 year old neighbor. He isn’t happy it isn’t working either!!

Cute little weather vane just right for my husbands saddle and leather work shop. Easy to install and so far sturdy enough for the winds we have had. It works too!

The packaging is a bit of a challenge, as is getting it balanced on a sturdy post. But it was worth the effort, even with our strong Texas winds. The glossy black horse is an attractive and useful addition to our yard! Absolutely would buy again!

I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't installed it yet. But from what I can tell it is sturdy and looks nice. I am going to put it on top of my 8x12 garden shed when we put a new roof on.
