Love! Love!! Love!!! She’s taller than expected and overlooks my wizard of oz garden perfectly. I have moved things around a little since this photo was taken to balance with her height and am just so pleased. I just hope she doesn’t fall over since she is a bit top heavy. Probably going to add some concrete to the base once I’m truly satisfied with the location (still deciding). But I can’t express how happy she makes me!

One issue I had while looking at this, was size. You can get measurements, but it's still easier to gauge size with pics. I had my hand in one shot, and a coffee mug in another so you can get an idea of the size of the witch.It is much larger and sturdier than I thought. It feels like it's made of cast iron. While it isn't too heavy to handle, it does have some heft to it. The witch is thicker than just sheet metal and she has some details in her, which I did try to get in one of my pics.She comes with three pole pieces, that you put together to stand her in the ground. It doesn't come with any sort of mounting bracket, so you will have to purchase one if you want to mount it on a building or fence. I took a pic of whole thing put together so you can get a sense of how tall it is with all three poles put together.I know that good weather vanes can be several hundred dollars, and for this price, I expected a flimsy sheet metal with thin aluminum poles. I think the description said the poles were aluminum, but they are thicker and sturdy. I haven't got it up to see how well it works, but I'm not sorry about this purchase at all. I'm going to buy a mounting bracket and put it on top of our pool house. If it doesn't work well, at least the witch will be a fun conversation piece.

I am displaying this inside my house so I only used two of the three posts. I made a concrete base for it to sit in. very sturdy, nice quality metal. good value for the money.

This was bigger than I had anticipated but I suppose if I actually read the measurements I would have known. My first real weather vane and all... lol Regardless, it's FANTASTIC! Right now I have it in my garden and everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it from because they want one too. Whitehall Products, you can expect to see a uptick in sales because I posted a pic of it on Facebook letting everyone know I bought it from you. Fun, eye catching and great quality. I highly recommend!
