Good value for the price BUT sticking of food in it is an issue . A non stick version would be great. Used it bikepacking.

I used this last weekend. It was really great, the bottom heat retainer/enhancer feature worked really well. I boiled water quickly and the cup was large enough for a decent cuppa.

Great camping cooking pots for 1-2 people. Boils enough water for 2 cups of coffee, or one meal. Foldaway handles work well. Two size options / smaller pot as a lid also works well. Mesh drawstring bag for transport keeps pots contained. Design promotes quick heating and effective cooking, even in windy conditions. Negatives: silicone handles twist on the handle, and get water into them (hard to dry!). When transporting small pot is not secured to larger pot so rattles if not packed with softer items in/around it. Easy to burn food to the bottom of the pan!

The heat exchanger feature does improve efficiency, but may not be an ideal fit with all stoves. Carefully evaluate the way the pot sits on your stove *before* you get to the middle of nowhere. You may need to consider using some type of grate for support because the pot handles are not well suited to hanging. If you like to craft things, you could come up with a sweet custom pot support for use with a custom made alcohol burner.

Here's the short version:- it's anodized aluminum - not as feather weight as titanium, but still very light - the stated weight is 290 g / 10.2 oz (I'll weigh this once my digital scale comes in)- it is one of the relatively few lightweight backpacking pots that offer heat exchange (HE), which should - in theory - shorten boil time- to test this theory, I used a SOTO Windmaster canister stove: from room temp water at about 70 F, it took less than 1' 30" to bring the water to a rolling boil in my kitchen with an ambient temperature of 70 F. Outside, with a brisk wind, ambient temp of 68 F, and a crude wind screen, it took 1' 55" to bring the water to a rolling boil. Not bad.Of course the Windmaster sounds like a F-15 fighter on take off, but you only have to put up with the roar for less than 2 minutes. Or, if you have the luxury of time and want to be a bit more civilized, you can simply turn the stove down and let it heat up more gradually - and more quietly.Additionally, a wind screen can further help decrease boil time. Check YouTube for reviews and DIY projects and safety considerations. All in all, my initial impression is pretty favorable. If I have more time, I'll try to write a more detailed review. In brief, I would (for now) unhesitatingly recommend this stove kit.

Awesome product. Boils water just as quick , if not faster than the jetboil when using the pocket rocket 2, for half the price. Other pros include, ability to use over a fire, able to hold an 8once canister of isobutane, super lightweight!Cons, no measurement markers, however the smaller pot is just slightly larger than 2cups, so it’ll work good enough for dehydrated food pack measuring !

Excellent value for a heat exchanger pot. While this setup isn't ultralight, I love the combination of items that nest really well for a winter solo or bikepacking/touring setup. It's compact, effective, and versatile. This pot is really efficient vs. the same item without heat exchange fins and only marginally heavier. For winter camping where I will be melting snow the exchanger is fantastic, and in 3-season biking I can keep everything compact. A filled tank on the SVEA stove is enough to cover breakfast and dinner water boils for a 4 day/3 night trip with the added efficiency.Titanium might be lighter, but I can do a lot with aluminium including steam or dry-baking and this is quite a bit less expensive.

Just tested this pot out after receiving it. I didn't smell any fumes coming from the pot. It boiled water in just over 2mins, the plastic grips are perfect and the pot is super light weight! I'll be bringing this to Berg Lake for a multiday trip, I think it's the perfect companion. Fits a canister and igniter

I used this for a backpacking trip. I tested this first at home, it gave a odor the first time I used it but then it was fine. The hole at the bottom is a bit too small for my stove to fit in buy having food in the pot to weigh it down adds to the stability. I would still watch the pot closely while it is on a stove. Water got to boiling really quickly so the heat exchangers must be working. Fuel can fit inside the bottom pot. The plastic handles seemed to be fine, I saw in reviews for other products it would melt but it didn't in this one. I took a sponge with me to clean and what ever we cooked didn't stick at all. I

It takes up a little bit of extra room in my pack. It is worth it. It boils water in Washington state at sea level in about a minute 30 seconds. It’s comparable to my jet boil. I use an MSR pocket rocket 2 and Bam I got myself a perfect little set up. Without a heat conductor on the bottom it takes me like four or five minutes to just boil 1 cup of water.Plenty of room inside to store everything, fuel, stove, towel and lighter.
