I got it connected to my router's 2.4 ghz network pretty fast. The remotes come with the batteries already active but the contact and motion sensors needed to be opened and physically connect the batteries. The app is very easy to navigate and I can program the alarm to arm and disarm by setting the specific times. No need to arm or disarm them manually every day. If alarm is activated it sends a signal to the phone and it rings on the phone. Perfect for a detached building. But the building needs to be withing the router’s 2.4 ghz network coverage.

Took some time to setup and get working correctly. This kit came with siren with power source, 2 window sensors and 3 area motion sensors with 2 remotes to arm and disarm. Working good so far. Can pair with phone, have not setup at this time. Would recommend for basic setup.

Kit contains 120db siren with power source, 2 window sensors and 3 area motion senors with 2 remotes to arm, disarm panic button or reset. Can be integrated to your smart phone. This is an entry level kit that is very inexpensive and EASY for even the most novice DIY' er. Can be EXPANDED to 30 pieces -- area motion/door and window sensors and up to 10 remotes. Sync's with your phones Bluetooth. While this will cover simple invasion situations it has its limitations but is a cheap way to get protection for your property. At $67.99 it's hard to beat.
