This is a very well thought out system. I got this to help support an elderly parent who is prone to falling. Setup was fairly easy after installing the app. The app can be installed on multiple phones giving this even more versatility. I found the maximum distance range to be very good as well as the decibel level of the alarm. Best thing of all, because it works off the existing home wifi, no other fees have to be paid in order to operate the system. Now if I can just get my elderly parent to remember to wear the lanyard.

I recently set up this WiFi Smart Caregiver Pager for my elderly father, and it’s been a great solution for peace of mind the one of the family members will be notified if he needs help. The system wasnt too hard to set up, but you need to install an app to do so. It comes with a call button that my dad wears and alert base station with different alarm sounds. It sends a signal to phones set up for notifications using a connection to 2.4 Ghz WiFi, so we get instant notifications if help is needed — no monthly fees required - in addition to anyone at home, which is a big plus! It has a paid feature available for text messages and phone calls to notify others who do not have the app installed.The range of the panic button is impressive, covering the entire house and even part of the yard, which is ideal since he likes to spend time outside. The button is simple and easy to press, and the notification alerts come through reliably on both our phones and the included receiver. The volume on the receiver is adjustable, so we can set it to be loud enough to hear from any room.One small drawback is that the system does rely on a steady WiFi connection, so if there’s an internet outage, it’s temporarily offline. However, for day-to-day reliability, it’s been excellent. Overall, the Smart Caregiver Pager has been a great choice, offering our family a dependable way to stay connected in case of emergencies, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and effective alert system with no fees.
