I've had mine up now for over 3 months. Highest temp at 210 but I like 150 to 170 range and so fare even in single digit weather in New England I can get it to 170 even without an insulated floor, vent open and one window insulation panel down. I just bought sauna rocks as I've been using random rock from my yard construction so we will see what that does hit for the price this thing is awesome. I use it 3 to 4 days a week all winter after cold plunges. If you are not mechanical you may have a hard time setting it up but for a person who is this is a one man set up. Two would be optimum but that's because the poles are strong. I'd rather have it that way than flimsy.

I really thought this was going to be easy to set up and it was not! Beware the tent is so hard to set up and pretty much impossible if you are alone. The instructions just show a picture with an arrow. No QR code, no videos online. For the expense this should have more details on set up. I’m scared to take it down and try to get it back in the bag honestly. Really had hope in this product but it was a let down.
