Only reason I give it 3 stars is that it's taking forever to break in the carbon fiber looking part of the glive. The leather broke in quick with the help of some oil. But the black piece is till way to stiff after hundreds of uses and weekly slowpitch games.

Whoever said the 15 inch glove comes partially broken in was way wrong. It comes stiff as a board. The front of the glove and stitching are natural materials so they will loosen up with oil or shave cream or whatever you prefer to break in a glove. The back is synthetic and only time and use will break it in. The pocket is nicely padded and I believe the overall design is pretty good. But expect to put in lots of time and effort. After protracted break-in it is a decent glove and good value for serious senior softball player.

This glove is soft and comfortable on the inside but durable on the outside where it needs to be. Wasn't rigid like most new baseball gloves on arrival. The quality of the leather used made it very easy to "break-in" the glove. My kids and I were in the yard playing catch the same day it arrived!

Handschuh ist gut zu bespielen. Leider schwitzt die Hand sehr im Handschuh, was ich aber mit einem Golfhandschuh drunter ausgleichen kann

I grew up using the A350 for baseball so when I needed a slowpitch glove I wanted something similar. The A360 is great! Good all around glove. I’ve used it in the outfield as well as infield and it’s a really good all around glove. The 14” is the way to go for slowpitch in my opinion!
