And by tacky I don't mean "Psalm West," but literally tacky, as in "sticks to your fingers." I would have preferred a less neoprene-feeling product, and more of one that was smooth and dry.Oh, and the color is NOT orange. It's a weird hue of neon pink. Very 1985-ish.
