I was pleasantly surprised when I received this tool box. It has a very high quality feel, the drawers glide perfectly, and have a detent when pushed in all the way which keeps the drawers shut if mounted in a moving vehicle. The sheet metal that it is made from isn't as heavy as what you'd find in a brand name box, but it is heavy enough if not abused, and the workmanship is beyond excellent. For around a hundred bucks, it can't be beat. Also, it is bigger than it looks in the photos. That was an added bonus.

I went to Amazon looking for a toolbox. I had some assumptions and didn't look at this toolbox closely. Once I received the toolbox I realized that it does not have automatic locking to the drawers when you close the top lid.In order to lock and secure the front drawers you have to manually slide rods from the top inside and down to the bottom. It's inconvenient.But when I look at the price range, the toolboxes probably is worth it, as long as you're not worried about security, or locking it down safely.

Tool Box arrived with no damage and packed well for transit. Quality is good with bearings on the drawer slides and 2 locking bars to hold drawers closed when moving and storing. Has a good locking system with 2 keys for the lid. Ample storage in the top section and lower section for larger wrenches and socket kits. Handles on each side to make moving tool box easier than one handle on the lid. Operation of the drawers is smooth and easy.

The top drawers are pretty shallow ( I’m glad I have socket holders that lay them on their sides or they wouldn’t fit ) . It does seem well made and the drawers open easily .
