The drain holes allow moisture to quickly drain away from food ideal for vegetables and meats. This 2.5” deep food pan is stackable for easy storage. Made from 18/8 grade stainless-steel, these pans are designed to withstand daily use in a foodservice environment. The reinforced corners ensure this pan can go from freezer to oven without warping. The rounded corners ensure food won’t stick for quick and easy clean up. Dishwasher safe. NSF certified.

Nice pan bought to steam buns for hot dogs. fixing up a area of the church like a 50's dinner compleate with a snack bar. This will be a great addition. I also bought a domed lid so I can stack the buns.
