I am not sure what this is used for but I use it as a burger form. I put my ground meat in it a tablespoon at a time until I get it full, gently pressing the meat together then putting in a freezer to fork patties, plus I have patties on waxed paper. Then just put on grill to cook. Helps keep burger from ballooning or super shrinking.

I bought this to help make a bunch of eggs for my family at once. Unfortunately the eggs leak out quite a bit. It would likely be fine with something thicker like pancake mix but I haven’t tried.I put them in the dishwasher after use and they clean up fine. I also spray them with oil before using.

Nice size for pancakes. Wish the handle had something to grip because it gets hot. Make sure you spray the inside of the ring and your pan is oiled and hot.

These are not common, but I am glad I found them. I want 5-in pancakes as that is what fits perfectly in my toaster. I make these in bulk for reheat-and-run healthy breakfasts. These rings give me exactly what I want. Score!

I bought these to streamline the egg making process on the blackstone and this could have not been a better decision.Omelets were as easy as pouring them in.Over easy, crack two eggs and put in one egg holder... let it cook up and firm up then flip them over... Not a broken yolk in the bunch.Don't wait, just buy these.

Great for a quick egg, ham, and cheese sandwich. Can also be used for pancakes and what ever else you can imagine to cook.

These rings are perfect for egg foo young. I ordered the larger rings initially but they were huge (but also worked) so I scaled down to this size. I forgot to coat the ring with oil the first time I used but my food didn't stick. I do coat with oil as a general rule but I am glad to know that food doesn't stick if I forget to do so. Once the egg mix solidifies, I remove the ring and very little escapes. What does escape, I just push back into the egg patty and it sticks. I flip and viola! I have egg foo young. Probably would work for pancakes too but I haven't tried them for that yet.

Love this! I like my fried eggs thinner and it was hard to find one big enough to allow them to cook thin. This works perfect! The raw egg does not escape the ring, which was something I was worried about. Excellent quality!
