Was thinking this was with these brake master cylinder but its just a reservoir. Works well enough it holds fluid and seems to be made alright. For the money its worth it

None of the mounting hardware was the correct length, the mounting bracket (which is what I purchased this for) has too many joints on it and the 2.5mm bolts that hold them tight are super easily stripped at both head and threads, the angle adjuster is inaccessible when the unit is bolted on but don’t worry it won’t hold anyways even if you bottom out the bolt. Terrible product.

The threaded hole on the bottom isn't drilled deep enough, the allen screw will only go in about 2mm, which isn't far enough to hold the bracket/arm in place. The clear plastic part has a circular space at the bottom which I assume is for the screw poking through from underneath, as if the hole was supposed to be drilled all the way through, but the metal bottom of the reservoir is just flat there. Tried adding a few washers, but it doesn't feel very secure connected by just the tip of the screw. Also, the smaller allen screws in the articulated arm thingy don't have nuts to secure them. Just handling the thing trying to get the bottom screw to work was enough motion to loosen them and they fell out, disconnecting the arm completely. Happened multiple times, no matter how tight I screwed them in. I don't see how this could handle vibrations from riding. Maybe Loctite would help, but at this point I just don't trust it.At least it was only 13 bucks. There's a few of these listed at 20 bucks from other sellers, but from the pictures it looks like the 20 dollar ones are the same and have all of the same problems. This just seems to be a cheap design in general. If you like to tinker, you can probably get it to work, but it doesn't seem functional as is.
