Power Window Switch Replacement needs attention as follows:
1.Turn off the power before replacement.
2. Align and plug in the switch in parallel to the socket to prevent deviation, pin deformation and poor contact.
3. Make sure that the plug is in place correctly.

I bought this master window switch control for my 2012 Hyundai Tucson on June 22, 2024. I took it to the Philippines and had it installed by a mechanic on March 3, 2025. Unfortunately, one of the switches on the driver’s side doesn't work, while all the other window switches function properly. The mechanic informed me that the master switch is defective. However, Amazon says the return window closed on July 25, 2024. It seems there's no way to properly test this item when purchasing it online, especially when taking it to another country. Therefore, I’m giving this purchase a one-star rating.

This product was inexpensive anddelivered quickly. The product almost completely copies the original in design and fit. That’s where it ends.When lined up (see photo) the two rear window buttons are too far back so they drag you cannot roll the window up. You can only push it down, if that’s not bad enough, the lock switch does not work either, because when you push lock, it sticks down or when you push it to unlock it sticks that way. I wish I could give zero stars. This wasted my time not so much more money.

Buttons where stiff have a catch in them installed on Thursday, and Friday the drivers side won’t work also the passenger rear stopped working horrible product. Tested wiring is fine, switches have no power

This product doesn't work entirely. I have a 2012 Hyundai Tucson, before installing this product the driver and back right windows were operational along with the locks. Upon installing this product all windows goes up and down except the driver's window, which does not go up nor down.UPDATE Oct. 16th, 2024:While the product did not work properly, I would like to thank the seller for contacting me and offering assistance in rectifying the issue. They investigated and got the correct OEM for me in addition to refunding the purchase price.Their assistance and attention to this matter was greatly appreciated.I added one star for prompt, effective and professional customer service.
