Got the medium fits great for 150 lbs, 5 feet 4, medium. Takes a little practice the first time, but after u get use to it, will never return to the other cups! U won't regret this purchase

This may be a Kickboxing Cup but I'm an Amateur Boxer and it works just fine. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, I haven't had a real test to see how it feels to be hit in the balls while wearing this. However, it's steel. Gives me a safe, sturdy feeling of protection without hindering my movement in the boxing ring. I had to look up instructions on how to put this on because I've never used anything like it before. Protect yourselves at all times, and that includes your future children, grandchildren, and so on..
