I wanted a bright coat for my toddler to help keep an eye on him. It worked really well this weekend. I was able to find him in busy areas. Doesn’t seem to be waterproof but definitely resistant. Zipper is nice. Very warm fleece lining. Haven’t tried washing yet, but the outside shell seems thin so I’d be very careful machine washing. Looks very nice and we got a lot of compliments.
