Light weight and slim so convenient to carry with my laptop. I love the extra keys such as = sign, backspace. tab, esc, and currency. Wish it had comma sign though.

Bottomline: When your daily routine with your computer necessitates having a numeric keypad on the right side, and you don't like having to type on the top bar above the alphabetic keys on your computer, this is the thing for you.The only thing I do have an issue with, and it's not too much of a change, just getting used to it, is that on the right side of my computer (I am right-handed), I now have both the numeric keypad and my Bluetooth, wireless mouse. If I put the keypad onto the right of my laptop first, and then my mouse, it's not too much of a hassle to switch between both and still have room for my mouse and the numeric keypad.I was starting to get more interested in using Microsoft Excel for company data, but I'm always on the move and can't really rely on a desktop for my needs except when I'm in the office or at home. Even in the office, I'm still switching from area to area as needed for meetings. It's been difficult to have to use just the top bar row of numbers on my keyboard as I've never really had to use them on a desktop since most desktop computers I've had utilized a 9 digit right-side keypad built into the keyboard. When numbers have to be accurate, I don't want to find out I missed the number 4 and accidentally put an R into a cell in excel.Although this is wired, it's perfectly compact and easy to use. There's no need to worry about instructions because you simply plug in the keypad via USB port and you can start using it. I also don't have to worry about battery life. The keys themselves are quiet enough and they feel decent enough to use for what I need it for.All in all, still determining the longevity of this keypad and getting used to the extra keys and the placement of those keys, but I think I'll have an easier time moving forward when all the numbers I need are just in one specific place.

This numpad does the job, and is a useful and functional addition to a tenkeyless keyboard. It's plug-and-play on any device that supports USB keyboard input, and is overall as straightforward and easy to use as any other external numpad. However, the overall construction just feels rather cheap, even for the admittedly low price. The plastic housing feels thin and hollow, and the keys are mushy with little travel. The standard USB-A connection is also a bit outdated at this point, and I'd imagine most people shopping for a numpad have a modern laptop with more USB-C ports.Of course, none of this is a particularly big issue if all you need is an incredibly basic numpad for occasional use. If I was planning to use this extensively, however, I'd probably look for a something a bit nicer.

I plugged this in without issues. It's great value for the money. Keys feel sturdy and I haven't had any issues. Connected seamlessly with my mac without any necessary setup. It would be better if it were wireless, but I also get that that is more a matter of taste and to keep the price down. I can't comment on durability, because I haven't had it that long and only use it for casual home accounting use. Even if it's plastic, it's sturdy and not ultra light (a good thing so it doesn't move around), but it would be light enough to travel with. I also like that it's slightly inclined, for easier access. Recommended.

If you can use a wired keypad, this is a great one. It has a nice key action feel. The size is good — not to big or small. I use it for gaming and totaling grades. It’s ideal.

I have this thing set up on a cell phone holder and it is honestly better for me having this thing detached from the computer. It's fairly light weight and I could see you storing it away pretty easily. The keys are more low profile than my keyboard, giving me a bit of a sensory shift, so keep that in mind.

If you have ever wanted to do rapid 10-key data entry while keeping one hand on your ergonomic trackball, this is the keypad for you. In addition to the standard numpad keys, there is a backspace, delete, and tab. Which saves trips over to the middle of your main keyboard. There is no way to adjust the angle of the keypad, but the slight tilt is generally comfortable. The keys are nice for a non-mechanical keypad. They are stiff enough that I can rest my ham hands on them, but the clicks are statisfyingly solid.I would like a longer (10ft) USB cable, but it works fine with a USB2 extension cable if you keep your computer on the right side of you desk.I tried to use Microsoft PowerToys to remap the top left currency symbols to copy, cut, and paste, but I was unsuccessful. PowerToys did not recognize those keys as normal keys, which may be a quirk in how the driver interprets the keystrokes. I still remap Caps Lock to Enter via PowerToys, which is very useful for copying and pasting.
