FAIL! It claims to get Netflix & YouTube but doesn’t. I’ve connected to WiFi and it still complains that I’m not connected. The tech support it shown to be via the Line app, but after several phone calls, texts and request still NO RESPONSE after TEN DAYS. That’s a FAIL in my book.PS: The Message app (texting) is not shown on my device. Not sure if I have to download it - but if I'm not connected...???

2019 Ram with factory 8" radio. Somehow prevents accessory power from turning off after shutting off vehicle and opening the door. I have to unplug the device to get the truck accessory power to turn off. Map rotates on its own even when driving straight. Periodically loses connection with radio. Periodically locks up my new Samsung S25 phone.

Very responsive customer service.Was not able to connect, contacted customer service. They were patient and helpful but unfortunately was not compatible with my vehicle an had to return.
