I bought this on sale for 30$. I had low expectations considering the cheap price. However it's worked great so far. Connects typically under in 3 to 10 seconds and I haven't had any issues (only on day 5). Uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to connect. Then after a few seconds only needs WiFi. This Alows me to use my fast charger. The wired android auto only kept my battery stable. I would totally recommend trying it out. Phone: OnePlus 12. Car: 2022 Mazda CX9. Reading reviews

I was tired of the cord connecting my phone to the car, and thought this adapter might just be the answer. Let me let you know, it’s been a fantastic upgrade from my previous wired setup. Setting it up was so simple, just plug it in, and my iPhone instantly connected to the system wirelessly. The connection is strong, and I’ve experienced no lag or dropped signals, which was my main concern.I no longer have to worry about untangling or plugging in a cable every time I get in the car. Everything functions just as smoothly as the wired version, from navigation and music to Siri voice control. I also love the added convenience of getting in my car and having CarPlay automatically ready to go.That said, there are a couple of small downsides. Occasionally, the adapter can take a minute to establish the connection when I start the car, especially after it’s been parked for a while. Not a major issue, but it’s something to note. Also, while the adapter has been relatively issue free, it is a bit bulky. It can sometimes block other ports or buttons in the car, depending on where your USB port is located.Overall, I’m very happy with the adapter. The pros far outweigh the cons, and it’s made my listening/driving experience so much more enjoyable. If you’re looking to ditch the cable and get a more seamless CarPlay experience, this is definitely a solid choice!

It's a good device if you only want to use it with a single phone. However, it does not support switching between two phones. You can configure it with multipe phones (I saw somewhere that it supports up to five connections).Even if the phone that was last connected is not in the car, the other phone will not connect!The only option in this case that I found is to configure only one phone with this adapter, and keep using a wire for another phone. BUT you will have to unplug the adapter to use the wire.

I was so excited to get this CarPlay and actually work in my car but I’m 😢 sad that it didn’t work I tried multiple times to put it in and see how it will work and it says it doesn’t support it I have a 2016 Honda odyssey and wanted the CarPlay so bad so it will be more easy to manage but for this car it doesn’t work
