This Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver fro DOBVDLA is a fantastic solution for wirelessly streaming video and audio. Setup couldn't be easier—just plug and play with no software or drivers required.I tested this with my laptop to my 4K TV, and it connected instantly without any issues. Since my laptop lacks an HDMI port, I used the included USB-C adapter, which worked perfectly. An added bonus is that when connected this way, the transmitter doesn’t require additional USB power, showing that the design team really thought of everything!What a great solution for those who don’t want to run wires, especially in temporary settings like a work presentation or a wedding party. If you need a hassle-free wireless HDMI extender, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Work as expected just some notes during the use:1. Need to plug in power to use as it consumes considerable amount of power. Manual says 5v1A supply but I was able to plug the power to USB outlet from tv(5v 500ma) and laptop.2. Need to plug in power first then connect to HDMI.3. When connect receiver to tv. It will show automatically QR code linked to manual.4.expect delays for pictures. This limites the product for casual or office use. Not for gamers or high demanding video use.

The transmitter worked perfect when I connected directly between the cable tv box and the TV. I also tried it between my laptop and tv ands it worked also. Both times I just plugged the dongles in and it worked. Next I tried to use a splitter from the cable box to feed 1 tv directly by HDMI cable and send the second signal to another room using the transmitter. The splitter/ transmitter combination did not work for me. ( waiting for video message on screen on wireless connection). ( no signal ) I think the issue is that one tv is 4K and the other is 1080p and either the splitter or the transmitter couldn't process the different signal requirements for more than one tv at the same time. I tested the splitter without the transmitter and it worked perfect using wired connections to the two tv's. In summary the wireless HDMI transmitter does work very well as long as you don't try using it with a splitter. Recommended

This is exactly what I needed for my non-smart TV. These little HDMI transmitters are able to send any content from my phone/laptop to the TV with ease. It’s so easy to connect and set up.
