Paired immediately without any difficulty, using it with my laptop for work calls, on Teams and our phone software. Crystal clear calls incoming and outgoing too.

This is my third version of this headset in five years, the first one worked for several then just stopped, the second was broken (operator error by sitting on it), the third one (this one) functions well, except that little "lock-in" pins for the ear cushion don't stay locked in. The little ear cushion is constantly falling off. Other than that, the sound quality and comfort are great!

I bought this product many times, but this last one was disappointing .The sound was very low , checked the setting on my phone tried different things but it didn’t work . I couldn’t hear what people say when they call me .

It works well (pairing) on my Samsung phone. However, I can't seem to get it paired to my Moto g24 phone. Audio is clear, it's convenient for driving and charging last about 12 hours

I'd been using a different version of this headset (same product but with a different name, from another seller) for several years - tried "upgrading," but that version turned out to be worse, so I ended up finding another of the one I already had. The battery life on this is fantastic and it charges quickly, it's comfortable, no issues connecting it to my [very locked down] work computer, and the audio quality is amazing especially for the price. I often recommend this to my coworkers and can tell when they've taken my advice because the audio on our calls is notably improved.

Bought this for my wife who works from home and she loves it. Its a great product for the price. It fits comfortably and provides great sound and reliable connection and performs well in noisy environments.
