I used these mics for the first time at an event tonight and they performed admirably. Out of the box, plugged directly into the amp, they are a little "fuzzy". But I put a small mixer in between, and was able to EQ out the fuzz, and they sounded great. Good purchase. Very happy with the results.

Could not return these as I had some issues with the amazon account otherwise this is a very low quality product which I am now stuck with. It creates un bearable amount of Static noise and singing with these mics becomes almost impossible - everyone who was around me got irritated with the bad static noise it creates. It deserves 0 stars
