No indication that it’s even being powered on. No indication it’s trying to pair with the controller. All I know for sure is I tried pairing multiple controllers many times and it was never successful. Waste of money.

This just flat out doesn't work. There is no manual included with the product, I don't know why the description says to read the manual. I don't think the button on the device actually does anything. I got it to pair twice but have no idea how it happened and can't repeat it. Every time I go to use the controller again I have to try to pair it, and most of the time I fail and just go on using mouse and keyboard.Just shell out the extra $10 to get the official device from microsoft, this isn't even worth the time you spend reading this review.

Great when it works. Sporadically disconnects throughout the day. Thought it was a telemetry isse so I tried plugging it in different USB ports front and back of the tower and still no improvement. When in use my headset is no more than 3 feet away from the receiver without any obstructions. When it works it's fine but it's connection stability is inconsistent making reliability very poor.

I was kind of skeptical on ordering this item due to a few bad reviews with that being said I am pleasantly surprised so far it was easy to install and works as it should on my Xbox One X

This adapter works well and costs much less than the original costs these days. My daughter and I use this for the, “Just dance“ games. They’re more fun with the Kinect. The only think that might bother some people is the piercing bright light on the box. I placed mine on the floor behind the TV stand. Less noticeable that way. It does what I bought it for so I am happy.

Works pretty well for a third-party adapter and prime shipping was a bonus! Thought this was causing an issue with my controllers but it was a USB hub I was using. Once I figured that out, thus works beautifully. Still more expensive than msrp for the official one, but better than doing the hack or paying $200-ish for an official one now.
