I use these in a small snack bar for my business. It took my employees a little but to get the single know operation, but once they did, it's their favorite oven of the four we use. This replaced a very old Baker's Pride oven of nearly exact physical size. The slide out tray cover is a little flimsy and doesn't seal very well to the front face of the oven opening but not drastic. It does allow heat to escape. For the price, it a worthwhile replacement.

Spend the extra money on this bad boy! Easy to work, cleaning is as easy as pulling the bottom pan, also using for a toaster and make 6 peaces of toast at a time

Bought this for my boyfriend as a gift and he’s used it at least three times a week so far. He LOVES it. We’re storing it on a table in the garage due to lack of counter space in the kitchen. We cool Tombstone size pizzas at 525 for perfect crispness.

She Who Must Be Obeyed ordered me to order this Wisco pizza oven because she was tired of the the results She got in the regular oven with her homemade pizzas. I balked at the $299.00 price tag at the time but she smacked me with her wooden spoon and said she'd done her homework and researched a dozen of these things and this one had the best reviews and a lady she knew at Church had one and swore by it. It's pretty single minded in it's design and you can't cook a wide variety of other things in it, heck, you can't even cook a narrow range of other things in it, but stuff like pizza rolls and fries, etc.But being the obedient husband that I am I placed the order and we have been using it now for a couple of months and though I have pretty well retired from writing reviews I just had to come and rave about this Wisco Oven! It can reach 600 degrees (another thing that I balked at with the 15 amp circuit breakers frying in my mind - but lo! it hasn't popped one circuit breaker yet) which is pretty optimal up here in the mountains for cooking a 16 inch (that was the other thing SWMBO wanted since we have a large family living in our house (grown kids with kids - you know the drill) and small pizzas just don't cook fast enough to keep up. With this baby it cooks in 6 to 8 minutes...give it a couple of minutes to recover and pop in a second one and have it on the table just as fast! You wanna use it on a cart or counter without anything above it - heck I read one guy here who said his lives in the garage and I'm thinking that might be a great place to put in a dedicated table for it - because it do get hot to the touch at 600 degrees...so keep the little ones away. The pizzas we eat now are cooked through on top and perfectly evenly browned on the bottom. The old ones were cooked through but the crust was never right and occasionally the edges of the top were burned no matter how we watched over them! She said to tell you you'll need a pizza ladle 16" at least (metal preferred dusted with yellow corn meal) and one of those 16 inch round pizzascreen. And some 16" pizza pans (you can get both here on Amazon at:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EAXW1VY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1and at:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000W0DHO4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1or search for more if you don't like those. She said the oven is basically a rack for the pizza and the heating elements with a timer that buzzes when finished and a temperature dial that goes up to 600 degrees. At any rate I'm glad she made me order it because now I know how a homemade pizza is supposed to taste and there's no going back once that happens. It's great with Papa Murphy's too.We highly recommend it. Five Stars Ain't Enough!

Controls could be updated. The buzzer or timer noise does not work on the one I received. I have not contacted the manufacturer yet.Update 12/01/2019 now the led control is unreadable. It has baked 4 pizzas and 3 boses pizza rolls. I have now contacted the seller and will give more feedback as the issues are or are not resolved.

I. Love. This. Oven!!! It lives in my non-climate-controlled garage. Large pizzas, brownies, cookies, bacon, homemade crescent rolls, cinnamon rolls... the sky is the limit.Technically, height is the limit... or at least the most frequent limiting factor.I have enjoyed about 10x the baked goods this year as last... and the summer isn't when over. No longer am I paying to heat AND cool the same living space at the same time. This admittedly industrial-looking piece of functional artwork now adorns my garage shelf, looking for an opportunity to add to my mirth and girth.
