This product did not come with a linchpin. I had to go to the hardware store to get one in order to attach it the my receiver.

This metal trailer hitch cover is a little pricy, but seems really well constructed. Longevity and rust resistance are still unknown, but my hopes are high. The Badger Cardinal red seems to match Jeep Firecracker Red almost perfectly. Loving it so far.
