2 1/2 months of use and all is well EXCEPT the 2 metal loops attached to the stretch cords are completely rusted. It’s left outside by our pool. Maybe if you dried it and put it away after every use the same wouldn’t happen to you? But I have to knock it down 2-3 stars for the rust. My husband attached the Wisdompro Swim Training Belt to the rail to the walk in part of our pool. There is enough extension for him to get to 3 1/2 - 4 ft depth. He uses this to mix in freestyle and butterfly strokes for a very effective cardio workout. Perfect way to mix it up with your workout in the heat of the summer!

The quality of this item is a lot better than the original band I bought and I'm sure it will last a lot longer.Much better than turning round at each end. I counted the number of swimming stokes required for a length in a 25m pool and use this as a guide for estimating the distance I have covered. The difficult part is not losing count.

I have a small pool and purchasing this training resistance belt helps me swim for a longer distance. It also helps build my core.It doesn’t seem durable, but for the price it works.
