Very pretty tart/quiche dish. Would love to keep it but it’s too shallow for my needs. Outside edge of dish is only 1.75” not 2” as shown. Because there is a raised lip on the bottom, the inside depth is only 1.25”

Beautiful item. Like the depth very much. Wish I could find on that fits in my 6 qt airfryer.So far have made a crustless quiche in my microwave. Easy to clean.

I bought this specifically for a crustless quiche recipe but it would make a great tart dish, too. The dish cleans up well and more importantly bakes evenly. The dish is pretty, so it also presents well. I highly recommend it!
