WOD GTMC12 is a Premium Quality Gaffer Tape Vinyl-Coated cloth with a natural rubber/synthetic resin blend adhesive. High waterproof tape, matte surface finish.Conforms well to irregular surfaces and will not twist or curl during application. Excellent water, vapor, and abrasion resistance. Clean removal on most surfaces (surface type & dwell time may affect performance). Suitable for entertainment type applications where minimal visibility of tape is desired (i.e. photographer tape, spike tape).Benefits

So when I bought this tape it was dented up but it didn't make a difference cuz when you peel the tape off the roll straightens out.Otherwise this is perfect for books.

I bought this to use on a whiteboard. Sticks perfectly and holds up well. Definitely recommend to all the teachers out there...this tape works!

The only reason gave three stars is that I made the mistake of ordering off of the picture and not the description. The tape is only 1/2 inch wide while the picture makes it look three inches.
