Takes a while to figure out which attachments go where, but once everything is in place, suspenders can be removed and attached to another garment.

I originally ordered a brown pair about two years ago for my 1920s outfit. They worked well and looked good. I still have that pair and use them.I decided to order a black pair for a black outfit I have. These are the same, great suspenders that work well and give my trousers and blouse a little extra flare.These are 1" wide straps and to me, they are more feminine and more refined than the larger width bands on suspenders.The Y-back is the clincher for the time period - but it looks good regardless.
