Now when they say this waist trainer snatches it does what it says baby I love it and it’s soooooo comfortable I’ve had other waist trainers and they were painful I couldn’t breath, but this one omg I can leave it on all day it’s really worth getting I worked out yesterday in it and I didn’t have to take it off… it doesn’t roll your snatches everything in I’m so in love with it.

I purchased a medium. I think I should’ve gotten a large. It’s tight but I’m gonna give it a few weeks. I normally wear XL in clothes. Easy to put on. Definitely snatches your waist and lifts the girls!

returning mine for large medium fit but it was not comfortable and rolled down . it’s defines you though but if ya want to breathe and workout with it size up
