This is a good corset kit for the price. My daughter fell in love with a designer wedding dress at a bridal boutique sample sale. However, she couldn’t get the buttons above the waist to close. I’m a fairly experienced seamstress so we bought the dress at 60% off and I figured I would make it work. I could’ve made a corset loop set but we don’t have a fabric store nearby. So I just purchased this. I did have to slide boning into the sides of these to make sure there was enough structure for my daughter to tie the dress tight. All in all it was a great fix for under $20.

I absolutely love this! I was making a beautiful corset top for a dress for a theatrical production, and I was struggling to complete it on time. I needed to come up with some sort of closure quickly. Somehow, I discovered that these premade corset backings exist, and I bought one, hoping it would arrive in time for the play. It was ridiculously fast to install and completely solved the problem, resulting in a very professional appearance. I got multiple compliments on that piece! I will definitely be buying more of these in the future!It was a little bit pricey, when you consider adding this to the total cost of other materials. I cannot comment on how strong this would be or how well it would endure washing.But it is certainly a very beautiful appearance when completed into your garment.

I purchased this to add a few inches to this gown and it worked perfectly! It looks like the gown was purchased this way. I took this photo before I sewed it in, but that was absolutely simple to do! Excellent quality and really enhances the gown! I am very happy with my purchase!!

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I was removing a zipper from a wedding dress for a client that needed more room across the back of the dress. The fabric is beautiful, the color match was perfect. It was extremely easy to install into the area where the zipper was removed. I couldn't be happier and so was the bride.

I'm new to a sewing machine but I really wanted to alter an outfit myself instead of waiting through a long exchange process. This was perfect. Everything on the dress fit perfectly I just couldn't zip those last few inches. Its pretty, easy to install, durable, affordable, and ships fast. It's got really great instructions for people who need step by step help as well as video. Highly recommend!

These loops didn’t have boning in them but they are still very sturdy. My daughter is very petite but busty and zippers just don’t give the same effect as the corset back. It was easy to sew them into the dress and to shorten them to the desired length. I didn’t even have to remove the zipper in her dress. Bonus for us, the color was a perfect match! I would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to convert something from a zipper back to a corset back.
