I bought this for a weekend project, and I was really impressed. The tools are sharp and comfortable to use, and the tutorial is very clear. It took me a few hours to finish carving and painting the fox, and I love how it turned out!

I received this fun beginning carving kit by MASTERFUN, and was pleasantly impressed by it. It includes everything that you would need to start carving two Santa Claus. Even though in my opinion, the Santa's don't really look much like Santa’s in the first place. But it's all in good fun I suppose. I really enjoyed doing this project. It was definitely challenging to accomplish. I wouldn't recommend children doing this, or anyone really under 12 years old probably. Overall, I would definitely get this product again if I had the chance to.

Really cool set for a younger child to get them used to knives. These are super sharp but small enough that there aren't likely to be any major accidents if they're careful. The roll bag is very nice, and the whole set feels more professional than a lot of beginner kits I've seen.
