Been using this for a bit now and it’s got various cracks running up and down the main pole. Kinda sad. Can’t afford to replace it.

I found this to be the best price delivered. I was able to assemble it myself too. It is a composite type material but very hard and as durable as a more expensive model. I can use it easily as-is but my larger classmates have suggested putting some weights on the bottom.

Would have used it for practicing my martial arts. There is three and four inch wide cracks,on both sides of post. All that money for a broken peice of equipment. I'll get a few month to use it before it splits down the middle. Then I'm out $400. So, very upset about this!

I've been training in wing chun for 10 years. I have trained with wooden dummies (mook) at multiple locations over the years.
