My daughter is constantly pulling this out to play while everyone else is busy around her. There are a lot of pieces, but the instructions are very easy and don't require the need to read. I do recommend.

This was a last minute inclusion for Christmas last year for my 6 and 8 year-olds. They liked the game a lot and as it turned out I enjoyed playing too! I think there is a good balance of challenge, competition, and simplicity that made this work. To add on to that is that there is a variety of ways to play, and you can even easily make up your own games, which leveled things especially for my 6 year-old.

This is a great brain stimulation gift for anybody who loves doing patterns and pictures, especially speed challenges. The toils are painted well and cut even. The picture cards are decent quality too with accurate sizing. I really like that there's a good variety of images to build, including having a lot of more complex ones instead of just simple that you often can find.

We have enjoyed completing these puzzles. The variation and helps break up the monotony of the puzzles and keeps my child and I entertained. Highly recommended for those that need a challenge.

Today my daughter picked this out for game time. We did all the cards where you fill in the shape, a handful of the puzzle cards and then just did some free building with the blocks. We didn't race, since we prefer to play games for fun versus competition. But I can see the appeal of the racing games and can imagine them being a hit. There are about 7 ways you can play with these. And while building a tower straight up in the air was a little tricky as some shapes aren't 100% uniform, I didn't have anything fall over on me.If you're looking for an open-ended, multi-use activity, you can't go wrong here.

This is a pretty cool game. You have multiple ways to play it which adds good variety to the game play. People won't get bored with just playing it one way. I personally like the Block Blitz game where you have to fill in the cards with anywhere from 3 to 6 pieces. The cards have little stars at the top which tell you how many pieces are to be used to fill in the block and you can't use the same shape piece twice. I was able to complete all the 24 cards in less than 12 minutes, just to see how fast I could do them. They give you 6 of each 3-to-6-star cards. It's not that hard but it does take a quick mind to figure out what pieces you need to finish before your opponent. One version of the game has the players competing to build a tower. You turn over one card and everyone is supposed to build the same tower from the pic shown on the card. This is difficult for those across the table and the pic is upside down to them. The best way to play this is to give everyone their own card so they can see the shape in front of them and then see who finishes the quickest. If you are the one to finish the fastest you get the card and score the points based on how many stars are at the top of the card. It's a fast-paced fun game for up to six players.

Great for spatial reasoning. Wooden blocks are solid. All the components are there. Everything seems solidly built. Only problem is the color of the blue wooden block appears a bit like purple on the card.
