It's a ribbon rack. Does what it's advertised to do very well. Doesn't take up much space, bought it for my wife scrap booking hobby, she loves it.

Ribbon holder is just a few quick pokes I to the board and voila. You can fit a lot of ribbon! I wish they were space out just 1” more in between each roll because I do have some that rub between the spools. Spools are not secure so you can glue them in if you’d like it to be more permanent.
