My 3 now 4 year has enjoyed this for a year now, and it’s still in good condition. I glued the four columns with wood glue to make it more sturdy. Crane swivels. Fun for kids.

My son likes the toy. He can use it with the wood tracks he already has at home. The pegs are a little wobbly that hold it up but he hasn’t complained about it.

Not very sturdy. Knobs on crane that control the lift are not very functional. They are rather loose and don’t provide adequate function.

I had high hopes for this wooden railroad crane. It appeared to be well made and the crane mechanism works well. The MAIN PROBLEM is that the dowel rods that support the upper platform are too narrow for the holes in the platform they fit into. This makes the entire crane EXTREMELY WOBBLY. It appears that if I want it to function properly I will need to find some dowel rod material that is larger in diameter than what was sent with the crane. This is just POOR attention to detail!

I would not recommend it.It fell a part very quickly and the robe broke and the magnet fell out of the crane.It’s now not useful anymore

This set is very cute and fits perfectly with the typical wooden train tracks that have the indent on one end and bump out on the other. Construction is good and the aesthetic matches the rest of my set. My son had a great time playing with this.
