These are fantastic. Full disclosure, I am using these to replace a gifted set of winter boots that zip up and were a half size too small. So I may be drunk on the pleasure of having boots that fit and FEEL so supportive and stable.I've been required to have steel-toe boots in the past, back when they were actual steel-toe. These are carbon fiber toed, which is 5x stronger (strength to weight ratio) compared to steel. I had no issues using the toes on these to pivot heavy items off of to leverage the weight for moving the heavy item. The surface of the boots feels just as resilient as the old khaki-style boots I've used of yore.I will comment that the soles on these are the same glossy black molded sole that the gifted boots use (also black). This is probably just a modern black polymer that everyone uses, but they are glossy vs the old-school style of that powdered matte surface of the "rubber" soles in the old style boots. I would not expect EITHER type to take a nail, but working in a warehouse or a factory, it's not uncommon to take tacks, staples, and screws. These are very thick soles on the outside edge, at least, but these are soft soles. Keep that in mind if you ARE going to be using these as a work boot. They are more comfortable to walk in because of this, but if you are primarily focused on protection, look to another model. I'm certain they still make hard soled work boots.

These boots are of good quality for the price. I added thicker insoles to make them more comfortable. The sizing is accurate, but they may not be the best choice in a wet or slippery environment. I don’t notice them being non-slip, though.Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of these boots. I would rate them as “A.”

These feel like a sturdy pair of boots great for doing work in the yard and heavy work in the studio! I'm happy they are listed as waterproof leather with no puncture sides, no slip soles and steel toe. They have a nice, heavy sole on them without being heavy in weight! I do hope that the steel toe isn't too cold during the colder months, but I'll update and let you know everything once I wear them outside in below freezing weather.I was surprised that they looked better in person than they did in the photos! That's rare on here! They are light in weight for a work boot, but sturdy and definitely have a solid steel toe, sole and everything else, and they also look decent on! I love a good pair of work boots for both form and function and these seem to hit well for both!I also customize premium sneakers, shoes, boots, clothing, bags and other fashions and accessories and press on nails, but these are classic and I think I will leave these just as they came! It's not often that I do that anymore!I bought my regular size in men's (ladies size 9.5 which is usually men's 8 in all the various brands I wear) and they're a little big in the toe, but comfortable. I have plenty of room in the toe box to wiggle my toes and lots of room for heavier socks (I tried them out in the socks I had on...a pair of fuzzy winter socks for around the house, so thicker than cotton socks and a little less than my regular boot socks, but not as heavy as my winter boot socks I would wear with my Corcoran's in this weather).I would always prefer a boot or tennis shoe to be a little on the big side rather than on the small side anyway as I can't stand a tight boot or tennis shoe. I might as well be wearing a heel to walk or do work in if it's lending towards small or tight.I also prefer that a steel toed boot have a bit of extra room for warm socks and warm air as a steel toe can get pretty cold in the winter! The bit of extra space should help that! (If it bothers you in the cold, you can always throw in a foot warmer or use battery socks, but I have only used them in subzero conditions skiing).I am normally a B width and these shoes fit well with the adjustable lacing, but there's definitely room for a wider foot than mine. Again, perfectly comfortable for me trying on and walking around. These boots also come with an extra set of insoles labeled 'deodorant'. They are a basic pair of flat foam insoles with maybe a little more than an 1/8th inch/4mm thickness. They're a nice thought and I'm sure will add a little bit of extra cushion to an already comfortable boot, but if you need real added foot and back ect. support I reccomend a proper quality insole for your specific needs.I will go back and take photos of the boots, the included insoles and measure their thickness before I wear them outside so I can compare it down the road. I expect them to wear well and keep me dry and steady for slipping while looking good!

These feel like a solid work boot. They are not really heavy like most seem to be. The fit is true to size and I really like the fact that they are waterproof. I also like that the soles are made from Kevlar so if steeping on a nail or other shar object it will not puncture the sole and injure the foot. Overall it is a really good price for a solid work boot.

Got these shoes because of the steel toes. They are wonderful ; lightweight but well build to last with a thick rubber bottom. They are made of sturdy rubber that look heavy but they are surprisingly not at all, the sole of the shoe comes out as well which, at first is annoying, but when I realized this would give me the benefit of changing the insoles, I thought this is awesome; especially if you have sweaty feet. They feel really comfortable on the feet but I highly recommend wearing them with socks to prevent your feet sliding forward and chaffing.

Needed a boot for a project and these fit the bill, I would think these would hold up fairly well for a while but maybe not as long as other brands. However it did fit true to size and was comfortable all day.
